Mrs. Jennifer Sowden completed studies in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Science, and Art. She graduated cum laude and began teaching in 2000.  She was a Catholic Youth Minister across the United States and in Australia, from 2000-2002. Mrs. Sowden worked as a preschool teacher and continued substitute teaching across grades K-12 in Upper Dublin, Wissahickon, and local Catholic schools.  

Mrs. Sowden grew up in Ambler and graduated from Wissahickon Senior High School, before attending college at Bloomsburg and Temple Universities. After earning her PA Teacher Certification, she married Greg Sowden. They live in Whitpain Township with their four children, Jacob, Marianna, Andre and William. They are parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Ambler and their children attend archdiocesan schools. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Sowden loves spending time with her family and friends. She gives time to her community, church, children’s schools, and their extracurricular activities.
