Mrs. Maureen Reily has spent thirty-two years teaching PreK – 3rd grade students. She has spent 11 years teaching in Catholic Education. She is PA Certified Pre K – 3 and has her Religion Certification through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She is thrilled to be a member of the OLM Community.

Mrs. Reily grew up locally in Glenside, PA and graduated from Queen of Peace where she has been a lifelong parishioner. She is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt. Mrs. Reily has two children who also attended Queen of Peace and Bishop McDevitt. Mrs. Reily had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother and loves visiting the local shrines, especially the Padre Pio Shrine in Boyertown .

Mrs. Reily will teach the Second Grade this year and looks forward to reading fantastic books, writing interesting stories, working on Math investigation, teaching cursive writing  and helping students become independent learners. It will also be a special sacramental year for her students who will receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

Mrs. Reily strongly believes that learning is a team effort and together with the parents, students will become independent , joyful learners . She also values the gift of her faith and looks forward to helping students grow in their faith formation.
